On Screen

Good Food Live What is it about cooking on TV? Accomplished cooks and couch potatoes alike just can't get enough of it. Alas, TV chefs are the butt of many a joke, but let's face it, TV is a great communicator.

In the UK, I appear regularly on "SATURDAY KITCHEN" (BBC2) and "GREAT FOOD LIVE" (UKTV Food).
My 25-part series, which I wrote and presented myself, was called "VEGGING OUT" and involved me sourcing fabulous ingredients around London, bringing them back to a studio kitchen, and whipping up some nosh with a small audience. It was broadcast on TASTE in 2001 / 2002 and is currently being aired on international satellite channels. I have also appeared numerous times on Canadian TV during 2 recent book tours, including the Vicki Gabereau Show (CTV).
