All of Celia's Gastrotours are a unique opportunity to join her for an insider's view of London's vibrant culinary hotspots. She has specially designed each day to be bursting at the seams with exclusive food and wine tastings and encounters with passionate foodies and producers: a chance to discover new tastes, rediscover old ones, and to acquire knowledge about food and wine through all your senses.
You can book either as an individual on specified dates, or as a private/corporate group (usually 6-12 people) for a date of your choice.

COVENT GARDEN GASTROTOUR
Celia will greet you at Covent Garden tube station with a sumptuous Ladurée macaroon to kick off a Thursday morning or evening of sipping and supping the delights of the Covent Garden area. Celia will escort you to a secret, tucked-away location for a drink and an exclusive tasting of rare luxury British products, including Neal's Yard cheeses. You'll move on to a tasting tour of the Real Food Market stalls in the Piazza, including exotic foods like Venezuelan arepas, Polish sausages, titillating mini-desserts and more, peppered with stories about the neighborhood's fascinating history. Bombay-beach style snacks, mezze and wine complete this varied and colourful foodie experience in the heart of London's West End.

Portobello Road is known as one of the funkiest street markets in London, but few are aware of the inspiring culinary secrets peppered throughout this famous neighbourhood. As a former Notting Hill resident, Celia is armed with all the local foodie knowledge and lets you in on the scene of fabulous food shops and restaurants, introducing you to some trendy as well as eclectic destinations. You'll taste your way around the area, including tapas, fine hams, cheeses and olives, and samples from artisan market stalls. We'll be unearthing culinary treasures like Moroccan pastries, exotic spices, and enjoying a cheese and wine-matching experience at the best local vintner. The day concludes with a special tasting and demonstration in the kitchen of a unique chocolate boutique.

Marylebone Village is currently experiencing a gastronomic Renaissance and here's your chance to get inside it through a late afternoon of specially arranged tastings with expert Celia as your guide. It is ideal for entertaining clients or treating your office team. The tour includes a tasting at the wonderful cheese emporium La Fromagerie, a tasting at award-winning butcher The Ginger Pig, and chocolate tasting at Rococo. It concludes with a comprehensive Spanish food and wine experience at Iberica, where we are joined by WineChap Tom Harrow.
