		<description>We had Staffordshire oatcakes last weekend (I am sure there will be some subtle regional difference) which we pimped up with black pudding and caramelised apple. Pics are on the blog, not a trad way to serve them but jolly tasty!</description>

		<description>Thanks for the recipe, looking forward to trying it out.  If you like bread like this, I'd recommend Muna's on Green Lanes, Harringay - a wonderful Sudanese &#38; Eritrean restaurant.  The flatbread goes so well with their spicy, chunky stews.</description>
